The 16th of April, we went to the plantations to see if the shelters had been colonized. For the moment, they have not yet been colonized, but we will tell you what we see in the next visit.
In spite of this, we were able to observe several individuals in the different modules: several bee specimens of the genus Eucera sp. They are solitary bees like the ones we saw the 2nd of April. We could also observe several butterflies, in the images you can see a specimen of Tomares ballus. This butterfly begins to fly in February, but they are delayed.
We enclose a photo where you can see one of the solitary bees licking nectar in one of the flowers belonging to one of the planting modules.
Until the next visit.
Thanks for reading!
Bee you soon!
